Josh Gleason is an experienced director and producer whose credits include The Disrupted (Amazon), True Believer (The Atlantic), Finding Your Roots (PBS), American Experience (PBS), and The Circus (Showtime). A former public radio reporter and producer, Josh’s work has aired on This American Life, All Things Considered, and Morning Edition. He is a graduate of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and a member of the DGA.

Vanessa Carr is a veteran documentary cinematographer whose work has screened at Sundance, TIFF, SXSW, Tribeca, and IDFA. Her credits include Free Money (Netflix), Heart of Invictus (Netflix), On Pointe (Disney+), Camp Widow (SXSW), and The Weekly (FX/Hulu). A DOCNYC 40 Under 40 honoree and LEF/CIFF Fellow, she holds a master’s degree from the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism and is the founder of Doc House, an online documentary school.
